Our supervision services are meticulously designed to align with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) requirements. We ensure that our supervisors meet the following criteria: 

• Extensive Clinical Experience: Each supervisor has a minimum of ten years of clinical practice post-graduation, ensuring a wealth of knowledge and practical insight.

• Independent Practice Requirement: Our supervisors have completed at least 1,000 direct client contact hours and 150 hours of clinical supervision, meeting CRPO’s and OCSWSSW’s standards for independent practice.

• Directed Learning in Supervision: They have undertaken 30 hours of directed learning in providing clinical supervision, encompassing coursework, supervised practice, and structured readings.

• Clinical and Administrative Supervision: Clinical supervision includes assessment, intervention and evaluation of client interventions and critical self-reflection, whereas administrative supervision typically focuses on record-keeping, accreditation, organization policies, etc. Though important, administrative supervision is not sufficient for registrants wishing to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy.
