Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator & Therapist serve as a vital point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive intake process. This role involves screening, brief assessment, and client engagement to identify service needs and match clients with suitable therapists. Key responsibilities emphasize client conversion from inquiries to paying clients, working directly with both self-referrals and referrals from partner organizations. In addition to this wonderful work, this position will be supported in carrying a caseload of psychotherapy clients.
We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development, regular team meetings, supervision and peer consultation groups. We are a team and support you with marketing, social media management and a whole lot more so you can focus on delivering best-practice, evidence-based care to your clients.
You’ll need flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Professional liability insurance, including cyber security and registration with CRPO or OCSWSSW is required by the start date.
