I specialize in providing compassionate, affirming psychotherapy for neurodivergent individuals navigating, stress, depression, and anxiety. My approach is grounded in the idea that mental health care should meet you where you are- not ask you to fit into a mold. I work collaboratively with client to build understanding, self-awareness, manage overwhelm, and develop tools tailored to your needs and goals.

I also provide guidance and support for parents, especially those raising neurodivergent children. Parenting can be deeply rewarding but also profoundly challenging. It asks us to confront our own childhood wounds and can push us to deeper healing and understanding. Having adequate support as you navigate this challenge is of key importance in order to show up as the parent you want to be.

I also provide couples counselling to help you and your partner navigate life’s storms together and build a strong foundation of friendship on which intimacy and teamwork can thrive.

Whether you’re seeking relief from burnout, navigating emotional dysregulation, wanting to better understand yourself, or improve your relationship, I am here to help.

If you are ready to get started, I offer a free consultation to help determine if we would be a good fit. I would love to help you on your journey to a happier life.
