We live in a fast-paced world, which can be very overwhelming. When we are overburdened by relationships, day-to-day activities or even our emotions, we find it difficult to process and cope. We can feel lost or stuck with no path forward. Life has no one-fit solutions and utilizing a solution-focused approach permits you to create change by fostering solutions rather than focusing on problems.

As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am committed to supporting clients in their emotional well-being and personal growth journey. With a warm and collaborative style, I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner worlds and find healing. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a specialization in substance use and EMDR training, I bring a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy is client-centred, focusing on creating a space where clients feel heard and valued. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Over the past 12 years, I have volunteered at the Homewood Health Center working with a variety of patients. I have placed a special focus on the eating disorder population, working with clients through a self-help group. I have volunteered at a virtual crisis center for 2 years working with youth and adults dealing with depression and thoughts of suicide.

I have experience working with diverse populations and various issues to empower my clients by fostering resilience, self-awareness and personal growth.

If you are looking for a supportive and empathetic therapist to help you navigate your challenges and achieve your goals, I am here to help. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and enhancing your overall well-being. I always offer a 20-minute consult to see if we are a good fit.
