I’m here for those who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply
unsure of how to move forward. Many of us carry invisible burdens
whether it’s the pressure to meet expectations, the challenge of
navigating a new role in life, or the heaviness of anxiety that never
quite goes away. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have
to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll slow things down, make
space for your feelings, and explore ways to help you reconnect
with yourself.
I also support neurodivergent individuals and families creating a
space of understanding and collaboration where we work toward
feeling seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re a parent
needing support or someone trying to find peace in the chaos, we’ll
work at your pace, using tools that feel right for you.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me with clay on my hands or a paintbrush nearby. There’s something truly magical about creating art while music plays in the background it becomes a kind of therapy in itself. The rhythm, the colours, the movement it all helps me feel grounded, inspired, and fully present. One quote that resonates deeply with me is by Brené Brown: “Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” It’s a beautiful reminder that resilience doesn’t always look like bold gestures. Sometimes, it’s simply choosing to try again, to keep going, and to be kind to ourselves in the process.
